“I have to say I am extremely pleased with the service I received at big John’s Tires today. I called ahead of time to make sure that they had my tire in stock and the nice gentleman said they did. When I got there the gentleman said instead of buying a used tire that he could probably fix the one that I had on with a patch he went ahead and took the tire off and noticed that instead of one nail I had two and for the safety of me and my children he recommended that we get a used tire he gave me the best tire they had and for $40. The price was excellent the service was fast and he genuinely cared about my child safety and the tire he selected to put on the car. I truly appreciate your kindness and I will be returning.”
